Depends on what you mean by "work."

Thyroid extract will have an effect on the thyroid.

Bull testicles will not raise testosterone.

Liver tablets will give you protein iron and B12 but not improve the liver.

Got it. Well, by work, I was wondering if they do have any noticeable effect on that specific organ. For example testicle extract, won't raise test, but will I see an increased libido, or fsh? prostate extract will make my prostate healthier in any way?
