seriously there are many reasons that would disqualify you. As the tech is screening you they ask you a ton of questions. I truthfully answered that I used a needle w/o a doctors direction and that got me banned forever. They keep all the info on a nationwide database. Since this is cofidential, your boss willo never know, except that your missing the bandaid.
