Here is how it all went. Guy who started it use to own 6 GNC. I managed one for him. He was selling products with the guys who started Complete Nutrition. Well the Guys who were selling NDS products (guy who owns Complete Nutrition originally started NDS and sold out of GNC) most of them lost there GNC store cause of shit they were doing. Like not selling enough Mega Men and shit like that.
So Corey left and started Complete Nutrition. My guy left and started his own stores. So a year ago I told him I wanted to start my own store and he helped me get it going. He helped me get a location, negotiations, already has a web site, and we get group discount buys. He has a lot of connections from already being a GNC owner. So I get a lot of great discounts on products because of our group buys. We private label products, and I get those at a huge discount.
plunkey, i am not just a smoothie shop, i just don't talk about what else we do in respect of the site

So what exactly did you buy a license to?
If there's only five stores (counting you), it's not like you've got a widely-recognized brand.
Do they rent or sell you equipment?
Do they sell you supplies?
Do they do advertising and/or a web site for you?
Do they offer merchandising or other impulse items to sell along with your drinks?
Is the space and location solely your responsibility, or did they locate (or at least provide help with location) it for you?
