Ok, you girls are full of it. If Seymore came up to you all confident and in control, you still wouldn't go out with him... why? Because he looks like a nerd.

From my experience, girls want a guy that other guys respect, that other girls want, and that has self-direction and self-confidence. It's the total package... you gotta have the looks, personality, and attitude.

If no one else wants you, you are less attractive. That is the whole deal behind all these N'Sync guys - girls think they are hot because millions of other women want them. Same goes with Britney (who, btw, I think isn't as hot as some guys make her out to be - I think Faith Hill is definitely hotter than Britney, and Faith is like 20 years older than her) for the guys.

This... 'ohhh... I just want a guy who is confident' garbage is giving some of the guys new to the 'world of women' the wrong impression, and setting them up for rejection.

Maybe I am an odd sheep but I would go out with Seymour if he was confident and funny, unless he was fat, dead ugly, and reeked of desperation. If he had a plain face but a nice body, and he made me feel beautiful and made me laugh, and he projected some kind of sex appeal, I would go out with him. I have met a few guys who I'm not attracted to on a first look-over, but once they start talking, and they've got that sexy, love-of-life attitude about them, and a mischievous glint in their eyes....
