if you know for a fact that she will break up with you if you tell her than dont tell her...you can hide the nut shrinkage by getting some HCG and doing it through the whole cycle. thats what a couple of my friends do....works like a charm they said and yes I know that shit sucks when they shrink up and my girlfriend makes fun of me but she is only fucking around because she supports me doing gear...hope this helps bro and good luck

HCG is not over the counter..your supplier should most likly have some. and dont take it while your off cycle it can cause gyno when off cycle thats why I use the last 2 weeks of my cycle...peace O and it is relativly cheap

I have taken clomid the whole way through cycle and it did help but they did still shrink a little like I said the hcg I heard works pretty well for the nut shrinkage I mean when I take it my nuts blow back up....
