Hey bro's.. and perhaps more important SISTER!

Want some opinions....

Right me and my girl (of 7yrs) are looking to buy a house (both 23). So Ive been saving for the last few months right, she is supposed to be, asked me to take her credit cards etc.. So the otherday she comes in and HIDES shit from me, so i dont know she's been buyin, then emails her friends about it laugthing at me like im some kinda bitch... Not only is she buyin hella loads of stuff.. but really slutty stuff like basques and TINY skirts to go out clubbin!

Man im mad , fuck dat shit.. only good thing to come out of it is anger for the gym. COT DAMN IM PISSED!!!!

Get out now! Absolutely don't buy a house with her. Or, her as will be living in it while she wears those clothes to got the clubs and pick up guys, and laugh at you like you are a bitch.

You both are so young and you guys haven't lived on you own yet. Break up and hang with your friends and date. Trust me she is not the only girl you can get.

By her actions right now, she sounds like the type of girl that would put you thru a hell of a divorce if you two ever married and separated.

She basically laughed that you were saving for the BOTH of you while she was living it up? I'd be scared to death of a girl like this.

lol...why don't you just say something to her? Don't let it fester, especially if you are going to be buying a house with this person.

Man part of me is scared of doing it... even approaching girls after 7yrs scared the hell outt me.. man i need to grow some balls! .. do they know how much i bench? SIX TIMES A WEEK I WORK OUT GOD DAMN IT !! SIX TIMES!!!! :P
 
If she hides this from u.. i would seriously wonder what else she hides.

Saving for a house and a future is some serious business.. obviously only to one of you

You need to end it. You guys have been together since 15. This is just puppy love. She treats you w/no respect and will continue to. End it now or 10 yrs from now when your married w/kids, because odds are thats what will happen

Actually i dated the same guy from 16-23.. and things didnt work out.. the person you are when your a "teenager" is not the person u become as an adult..

I'm still trying to figure out how your girlfriend needs help? She has a guy saving his money to buy a house for her. She's able to go out and blow her money anyway she wants to, plus she's going clubbing with her friends. It sounds to me like she has it made.

You on the other hand need help in seeing that she is using you, and lying to you. That sounds harsh, but that is what you laid out to the people here with your first post. It doesn't sound like there is a strong foundation for a relationship of any kind, much less one that involves buying a house together.

If she's interested in being a "grown up" and buying a house, make her approach it like a grown up. Put yourselves on a budget that will allow you to purchase X house by Y day / yr. A compelling argument (IF you want to invest in something that both of you will own ---- could be a point to consider if you break up & have to determine "custody" of the house....) to buy very soon is that the rates are still ridiculously low and its almost literally cheaper to buy a house than to pay rent. At least you get the equity and if you choose wisely, you can probably turn a profit on the house in the not too distant future.

Not to advertise (I have no affiliation with this but I hear the guy on the radio all the time) - but something like this http://www.daveramsey.com/fpu/home/ is what you need. If you hold her to the idea that she proposed, first she can't sneak behind your back and second, you can actually consider getting that house and third, you can learn how to make intelligent and commonly agreed upon money decisions going forward. It's been known to save marriages :)

Well after not sleepin last night and goin into work 2day feelin like shit.. i wrote a very long civil email. She basically apologiesed and said it wud never happen again, that she loves me and its "the fashion" and some other shit about bein insecure.. anyways... now i got her Credit cards so gonna look after that and budget for her... guess i will have to see how things go. Couldnt sleep at all last night, so my proteijn consumption 2day was shit! :(

if my girlfriend ever pulled this it would be lights out for her immediately.

the thing is.. it would just never cross her mind.. you sound really responsible so just be careful because this is trashy behavior I don't mean to be an asshole but I think you agree it scared the shit out of you it usually only gets worse.
 
Her giving you her credit cards is not going to stop her from spending money it's going to stop her from using credit cards. 23 years old and she can't fucking budget herself? How the hell can she be expected to be able to maintain a house.

Don't be a doormat.
