So hard to find long term happiness. Next to all the older generations seemed to cope fine. Everyone still married 40-50+ years, strong, dedicated, commited, etc. What the fuck is happening to society, seriously? So many more bitter, jaded and nearly destroyed people. Over essentially an orgasm. We're regressing to more primitive times it seems.

it just comes down to the fact that people in general handle power in the most selfish ways possible.

hot chicks worth banging have the power of whipping guys and getting their way, and when they dont get their way they find someone else who will let them. they love attention and get it. back in the day when women were opressed men cheated more than women, because it just wanst an option for women.

now adays men are the weaker sex in terms of relationships and commitments and women are handling their power pretty awfully.

i know its a double standard and all that BS, but a woman will not be attracted to a weak man who takes back a cheater, but men dont really care if a woman is powerful o rnot, and want to dominate them anyhow. if a man cheats, its still just as fucked up, but the relationship is not as doomed as leaving a man insecure and weak...the woman loses respect for him and will not even be interested anymore from that point on

No, you didn't get any chronology wrong, I'm just saying I'm sure she'll come back...maybe this is outlandish thinking on my part. Tall story indeed. It's ok to doubt it. I would too...I wrote this thread shortly after she first told me about the kiss so a lot of emotion was going through my head. Basically I already knew what to do but I needed to hear that I wasn't making some huge mistake. Like everyone said, it can't be the same after the kisses, and I consider any indiscretion cheating, so I fought fire with...a bazooka lol.
