ginseng and weight loss

i have started taking 500mg - 1000mg of ginseng a day because i heard it is a good natural source for keeping prolactin levels low. Thing is about the same time i started taking this i started losing a few pounds. Is it that effective for weight loss? I do feel increased energy on it. I have also discontinued my ed injections of tren 50mg, 100mg test and have gone every other day 125mg of test... but i couldn't imagine that accounting for the decrease in weight... could it? I don't wanna loose any weight should i discontinue the ginseng? Diet and workout are still the same.
 
it is a common claim of supplement companies to say it burns fat. i have only seen one scholarly study on it and wasnt convinced.

from what u describe i would say the ginseng aint the cause bro
 
Ginsing is a mild stim and will lower prolactin and is also a mild diuretic so SOME weight loss is possible.

I don't know who claims tren is keepable muscle. It's the most dramatic while on but maybe the LEAST keepable. Effects subside shortly after cessation of use because so much is cosmetic. (Especially the vascularity). You can make some of that up by using VIGOR, but consider tren to be a party, not a lifestyle.

i think that is a pretty good analogy...

and its not a fun party at that... out of breath, night sweats, can't sleep... BAH!
 
i drink tea with ginseng/green tea and other herbal shit,,, i drink it ED for a reason

im making a cup as we speak

10 minutes before the gym and i sweat like a hog during my workouts

ginseng is a mild stimulate and can lead to a little weight loss. I read a study on it recently that really broke it down, I'll try to find it and post the link for you. But either way it won't produce dramatic weight loss.

i wouldn't doubt it... i have felt increased energy since being on it, but then again that is the same time i discontinued my tren so maybe i was just getting my friggin breath back!!!
