i have started taking 500mg - 1000mg of ginseng a day because i heard it is a good natural source for keeping prolactin levels low. Thing is about the same time i started taking this i started losing a few pounds. Is it that effective for weight loss? I do feel increased energy on it. I have also discontinued my ed injections of tren 50mg, 100mg test and have gone every other day 125mg of test... but i couldn't imagine that accounting for the decrease in weight... could it? I don't wanna loose any weight should i discontinue the ginseng? Diet and workout are still the same.
