GHRP-6 before bed??

I'm using HGH right now, but will be switching over to IGF for an upcoming cycle.....I'd still like to get some GH release at night time, I know if you take HGH before bed you'll supress natural GH release......is it a good idea to take GHRP before bedtime?
 
if you're using it instead of HGH.....but because of cost reasons, I"m switching to IGF for a while, but still would like to up my GH release at night. I still might take a dose of GHRP in the morning, and do the IGF pre and post WO.
 
bump.......if not GHRP-6 before bed, what else would do to increase your natural GH production during the night?

GH production is naturally enhanced at night. Use GHRP6 during the day when GH production is blunted...

ok, so if I take regular GH during the day....it's advised not to take it at night because it shuts down your natural GH production.......so is there anything to take at night for enhanced GH production throughout your sleep cycle?

I do bout 3.5 ius in the morning and night - I've read reports too that it will surpress ur natural GH at night but 6ius durring the day will fuck me up and I wouldn't gain as much. With HGH at night you sleep through the pain that good HGH causes - feals like ur body is terring itself apart from the inside - thats just me though. :inflate:

You've never trained so hard that the next day every piece of ur body feals like shit? Oh yeah - it's good - thats when you know your pushing yourself.

bro, I can barely get up in the morning some days......I just thought you were referring to something happening internally as the result of GH use. Somedays' simply sneezing sends my joints into a paralyzing lockdown which makes me look like I'm having a seizure........I was actually hoping GH use help with that. This is the first time I've taken it.....definitely like so far. But I don't want to take it at night and stunt my pituitarys' production.........my whole point of the thread was to find out whether there was something that would "increase" your GH production at night over your normal levels. I was thinking some of the new peptides like GHRP, Hexarelin, Ghrelin..etc. would do that job.....

I'm not familiar with the new peptides so I won't comment on that but I can say that if your looking for cartilage and joint repair – you can consider HGH your key – 4-6uis to gain lean muscle – 2ius a day for general maintenance– don’t make the mistake of taking HGH for any less then 6 months though
 
6 months?? heck, I was planning on doing it the rest of my life!!.... :)

with some moderate breaks of course.....

Using GHB to raise GH levels is a myth that was debunked years ago. It is good to promote REM sleep which will mean better rest but will not raise GH levels.
 
uh, if I'm not mistaken.....I believe REM sleep is light sleep, it's either the first stage you go into when falling asleep and then the last stage you hit before you wake up. I'm pretty sure if you were in REM sleep the entire night you wouldn't feel very rested in the morning. Doesn't GH and T get released in the deeper stages of sleep?? I think 4 is the lowest stage, this where the body get's healed the most I thought??

Wrong - do some more research on REM. It cuases low frequency brainwaves while asleep. It's not necessarily the highest or lowest stage of sleep where you get the best - it's the quality which is best at the REM stage. The whole "power nap" philosophy is based on REM.
