I have GH (somatogen-L) how do you take this? do you mix with water?

You do a lot of research and a lot of cycles before using gh, and since you didn't even know what nolvadex's purpose was then I'm thinking you are fairly new to gear and therefore you shouldn't be on gh, or any steroid, yet... Do some research, stick around here and learn a lot before you decide on what you'll take... I mean I could be totaly off, you may not be new to gear, but it seems that way to me...
