GH/Var Cycle

So I want to run a cycle that is light and non-supressive, and definatly without test. I was thinking of givng GH a try. Running Somatropin by ramping up to 5iu/day for 6 months. I would run t3@ 50mch/day and I'd also use Anavar at 60mgs/day 1 month on 3 weeks off.

My Goals are to loose bf (espically around the midsection) and all round harden and basically aim for a top shelf physique for the summer.

I should mention that yes this will be apart of a good low carb, hi pro diet with loads of am pre-breakfast cardio and 5x/week weight training.

I am currently 6'4, 259 and probably about 14%

Hunting for 240 and 8% would be ideal. I'd even take 235 @ 8%.

I don't mind loosing all the mass because I want to do a lot of wakeboarding, mountain biking and other sports that I think i'd enjoy more if I weighed less.

This is a pic from last summer, I'd like to come in a fair amount leaner for the start of this summer.

Don't know about the Anavar but the GH will definately aid you in getting where you want to go. Make sure you get it from a good source and store it properly etc...

I gotta tell you, I have been on Hygetropin (somatropin) for a full year now at only 10iu's a week. I am now just starting to see MAGNIFICENT results. I noticed skin quality greatly improving after 6 months but after a year, wow, the magnificent muscle results after a full year. It's really starting to kick in now. My Jersey buddy calls it the "Rolling" effect, where you take HgH for so long, and don't really notice anything and then all of a sudden, drastic changes and it keeps building from there. I didn't notice dramatic weight changes from HgH like everyone thinks there is, but then again, I am already lean and I eat super clean.

Personally, I think you are wasting your time and money only doing HgH for 6 months. Also, my cousins friend did 6iu's a day for 5 or so months like you want to do and all he did was blow up like a big water baloon, a total waste.
 
var is a great idea at 25mg a day nothing more

your diet plan and training plan are really great and that alone will get you where you want to be

the GH will be a waste

also for 14 bucks you can buy xpel take 2 in am 2 in pm it will keep all the excess water in line
 
NY, why do you think the gh would be a waste? even for targeting a very stubberon midsection?

what is xpel exactly? not as powerful as something like lasix is it?

xpel is a natrual diuretic that works really really good dont discount it because its OTC lasix will screw you up its good for pre contest a few days not something you can take ongoing

GH will do nada for you in 6 months, diet will and if you want to speed things up do some meso treatments
