GH boosters

I use gear, but am not ready to start taking HGH for a variety of good reasons. Anyway, there are lots of products on the market claiming to raise your body's production of GH. Has anyone used any product with good results? I'd be interested to hear. I know they take a long time to "work," but if they do in fact work I'd be willing to throw it in my repitoire.

Well I suggest going to "Google" and googling
'Applied Nutriceuticals IGF-2". You can also go to nutraplanet.com and click on select manufacturer and then click applied nutriceuticals and read a little about this product.

I plan on giving it a try myself but not for a while yet, money a little tight right now.

This is how you boost your GH, and really, unless you are over 30, there is not really all that much to be concerned about

1. Deep sleep

2. Intense training, especially things like squats and dead lifts

3. Hunger, so dieting, gherelin is a secretagoge for GH

4. No carbs before bed (insulin and GH act in opposition of each other)

5. 4-6 g of arginine before bed

Most of the supps are highly debateable as to their effectiveness.

Arginine gives me a huge pump. If I take it, there disappears my sleep for another 3-4 hours. That is not even taking into consideration that I'm an insomniac.
