Ok Carth, I didn't mean to get you ticked off. I just wanted to mention that I do retain water on 2 iu's of gh(even when I do eat properly and do hours of cardio), and was admitting my bad diet lately was probably to blame for a lot of it. I do not post very often, and this is why. Take it easy dude, I do my research, but am new to some of this stuff. Hope this makes you less ticked.I did know that there were 0 cal's and no sugar in Diet Dew, but the chemicals are not good for you. (even us college educated hockey players know a little about a little)
