Ive been using ephedrine for awhile now--not really for fat loss but for energy before workouts but i think it still messes with my natural metabolism and i think before i got on it my metabolism was faster and better before i started ephedrine--do you think just drinking a redbull before workouts would be okay and not mess with it to bad and how long do you think before i get the old metabolism back--thanx
