I am very glad I started hitting the weights again, and in just 8 weeks my body is responding nicely...

I may be some competition for some of you big boys come 12 months or so...

awesome bro---keep going.....make sure to take pics along the way....i know and have seen some of the big boys one here---may take a bit more than 12 months.....i would need 20 years
 
I have good genes bro and pretty big now especially considering I took off 3 years. I am really looking forward to about 12 months though...
 
just dont try to get it all at once. u will get there bro all in good time. do it the right and safe way. :)

We have a right to have a little fun with each other over here in aas. I know we are different family then c&c is most of the time. Lets not get crazy with it.

I quess you could say Im still in the Whites stage But Im scrambling like a MoFo.....170lbs to 210lbs since the first of the year...

I know this is an older thread, but to clarify the origin of the word "yolked", it is actually a term that started in prison, meaning when you are on the iron pile, and lifting weights, getting pumped, and yolked up meaning getting a pump or just growing and getting big. Not that I have ever been to the pen.
"Hey bro, you are getting yolked up", rephrased is "hey bro, you are getting big". Just fyi. Heard it from a friend that knew a guy that was friends with is cousin that knew this dude that had a brother who was in the penetentiary. :rolleyes:
 
Damn boys im getting yoked again.. front delts and traps again carving through my shirts. Quads are looking nice.. I can feel and barely see my fingers on my rib cage, cant wait for those to be thick again!! Damn I am glad I am back in the gym.

I probably post some pics in august
