Getting up from doing DB Bench is a good ab workout

So when you get above 50 lbs, the whole rocking motion you need to do to sit up with those DBs in your hands totally works the abs! Mine are actually slightly sore from today's WO!

I just set them down. But I never do flat DB, only incline, so it`s easier. I`m tall, so I get pretty low to the ground with my arms then drop them. Nobody`s ever complained.

I lift alone in my basement.
 
Well I am recovering from elbow surgery so I'm happy with the weight I'm pushing and the DBs only go up to 60 at my gym anyway so pffffffft

when i'm doing incline db's with over 80's i put one of those stair step things under my feet so i can push them off a little easier
