Getting that tennis ball bicep

Anything you can do in terms of training to get this, or is it all genetics?

Do peaks form as biceps get bigger?

The shape is genetic. The best you can do is make it bigger by increasing your overall body size.

Deadlifts, and incline curls. Those two will build your biceps far beyond what you could imagine...
