getting sick when on cycle

anyone else? :fro:

last 3 times i tried starting a cycle, i got sick and had to stop.

i think my immune system is fucked. what do you guys do to prevent this from happening when being on?

i've never actually been doing any extra vitamins when being on earlier, so at least now i'm doing 2000mg of c-vit and some zink. do i need more?

Well i had a thread on this just recently but no one was interested, goes to show how this board is going down hill, it's becoming riddled with kids wantingto get HUGE ASAP. Not saying by any means you're one of them, just ranting, Sorry.

Anyway, AS seem to supress immune function in a lot of users. For a person that's redisposed like you may be it will be extra important to make sure you use all the supplements required, like the basic multi vitamin stack, get adequate rest and use nondrolone compunds as they have been shown to boost immune function.

BTW: If you start a cycle and the same week go into the gym on day 1 and lift for 2
hours and do a lot of volume training because you're suddenly "on" you may shock your body with too much too fast happening at once. Happened to me many many times. If i were to begin a cycle right now, i would take the gym thing real easy for the first week, and over the next week increase the intensity, but not right away.
 
well, first of all..i aint getting HUGE :p

and i dont plan to get huge either. i'll try going with a multi vitamin stack like your suggesting.

yeah, those effervescent vitamin c packs really help me out when I feel like something starting.

haha funny stuff, I was just going to post about getting sick. I did exactly that last night, I started my NPP, Winny, and prop cycle last night and went to the gym right away and pushed myself hard! My throat, back and head is just killing me this morning, I feel like I have the flu. The day before that I started taking milk thistle, multi vitamin, EFA's, and some other herbs. So I guess you could say that I overloaded my body....hope the nandrolone boosts my immune system soon!
 
Sounds like test flu. Just fight through it. You should be taking a multi-vitaimin at least 1x a day if not 2x in general.
 
echinacea bro and greent tea does wonders for me. I get "test flu" sometimes. with that combo it knocks it out quick. a little vitamin c in the mix wont hurt

Either you could be having some kind of immune response to the BA, or your immune system is being effected by the AAS. Lots of reasons why you could be getting sick. Most people have luck just waiting it out.

I usually dont up my training right away for that reason. Just eat right. And try to train through it. Get sleep after workout if possible.
 
Ditto on wingnut and goodfellow. I was sick as a dog, sweating my ass off and achey all over and then it just went away. It's happened to me twice at the front end of the cycle. On the last cycle it came and went though out the cycle, mainly I had bad congestion problems. I just pushed through it.

good post, I was thinking of quiting but I decided to stick with it and I am starting to feel better, weired though I have done lot's of cycles and this has never happened to me
