Incline the treadmill all the way and walk at 4 mph. That's basically a fast walk. Go 45 minutes preferable first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Mix in some interval training once a week outdoors at the track and you'll get there if diet is dialedcydex01 said:Can you give examples of "low instensity cardio?"
