as far as Supplements go.

1) topical DHEA
2) Green Tea Extracts
3) Quality Thermogenics

Persistant Low carb diet over time.

I now limit my Carbs to one complex carb Meal 2-3 hours Prelifting, and again one HIGH GI carb/protein/G-covery shake post workout

thats it.............

On off days no carbs or on Cardio days

cut the carbs

hop on some AIFM to dry you out, plus drink a lot of water so that you won't retain any.. AF Green Tea extract and some thermorexin..

anytime someone says "been there, done that" in regard to diet and they aren't shredded, hasn't been there or done that. It's all about the kitchen bro. Winny won't get you ripped nor will any supplement. Some can help a little but honestly, if you don't have 6 pack abs even when relaxed you haven't dieted hard enough, long enough or properly. Drink 1.5 gallons of water every day, no complex carbs after 3:00, keep reducing your cals by 200 every week until you get to 1800 per day and do some very low intensity cardio 3x per week for 45 minutes each session.

Can you give examples of "low instensity cardio?" I'm also having a similar problem where I'm stuck at around 10% bodyfat (tested twice 3 months apart) and I'm just not moving anymore. I blame it on my lack of cardio, which I hate. :(

As was said before, Abs are made in the kitchen. Cardio is only going to help you achieve your goal. You still need to be lifting hard and eating right. There is no magic pill that will get you shredded, its going to take work and dedication.

I will never again go under 10% bodyfat since I don't compete. At 10% bodyfat you should be pretty ripped. I can see my abs at up to 13-14% bodyfat never mind 10%. Maybe you need to shock your metabolism by increasing your carbs for a couple of days and then cut down. Maybe that will give your body the push it needs to get back into fat-burning stage.

My trainer in the summer always told me never to eat after 8... aka 3 hours before you hit the sack..cut the sodium down.. stuff has more sodium than you think.. since I did back pumps have gone down.. also am slimming down slowly which is good for me right now... Tren might do you up.. look into a fat burner to assist.. maybe some Yohimburn.. I heard Ronnie Coleman takes that stuff..
