I have love handles. Is their any way to get rid of them or is it once you have them you're fucked. I was thinking lots of cardio, good diet, running, and lots of ab work in addition to my lifting.
Hey i know what your talking about! Well what i do is take about 40 pounds on to dumbells hold them at your side and lean down till you cant lean down any more do about 100 of those! thas all i do for my love handles!

not a great idea if you want smaller "handles". This is just going to make your obliques bigger, which unless you are VERY lean usually makes you look fatter.
