vitamin k and potassium are 2 completely different things. vitamin k is used in contolling the formation of the cofactors that are involved in blood clotting, ie thrombin, prothrombin, christmas factor, etc. vitamin k is commonly found in milk products, meat, and grains. your coworker probably confused vitamin k with potassium since the chemical symbol for potassium is K.MassiveGunz said:
