Getting ready, leg day

Full ATF squats 3x8 with 295 pause at the bottom very straight up and down form, followed by a 20rep set with 175. That one hurt....

Hack squats feet close together and down on the board to help my quads 160 2x10.

Romainian Deads 2x10 at 255 grip was no problem, that right no straps

Sumo deads Speed style, I'm short so most of this is leg and hip drive. 225 3x3 nice and easy


Gonna go back later on and do some abs and calves. Getting use to the higher reps since I need more musclular endurance for the Bluegrass comp
 
try you some zercher st legs too.......... remember those help with those stones.

gonna do the zerchers on my back day since I will starting from the floor with those.

Louden they work nice if you don't lock out and kep constant tension on the quads, I keep my feet low on the board to get max recruitment for quads then I do romanian for ham-glute work
