getting ready for my next cycle....thoughts?

Starting to gather my goods for my next cycle. Here are my stats...
age 29
weight 175
bf 10%
height 5-6

With the help of some bros here is the cycle I plan on doing
weeks
1-12 250mg sust E3D
1-6 katanadrol 400mg every day spread out
2-12 forged bromo
6-12 HCGenerate
10-16 forma-stanzol
12-16 Unleashed
12-16 bridge 1 cap 3 times a day

Goals are to put on 10lbs of lean muscle, minimize bloat and up strength.
The first 6 weeks I am going to utilize 5x5 lifts. For example monday would be my pulling lifts, wednesday is pushing lifts and friday is legs and power lifts. Cardio is 45 mins of thread mill or row machine 3 days a week and jiu jitsu/grappling 6 days a week. With the amount I train jiu jitsu and grappling, it is very hard for me to lift like a body builder. Instead, I do alot of sport specific lifts.

Diet is about 2500-3000 calories a day with lots of high complex carbs, high proteins. Even at that, I am at a decent deficit because of all my training which is ok with me because body weight is a big concern with weigh ins.

The last cycle I did was a test only at about 500mgs a week for 10 weeks. Results were awesome. put on 10lbs of solid muscle and at my peak, I was about 7% fat. Since then fat has gone up a lil because it is hard to maintain energy levels for practice at a low calorie diet.

Any opinions, or suggestions is greatly appreciated. The reason of using sust instead of test this time around is because I have been told that the sust kicks in faster than the test E does. I didnt start noticing gains until about the 4th week when I was on test E. I am hoping the sust will kick in a tad faster.

bro no way will you put on weight with that diet.. DOUBLE your cals and you have a shot at it... unless you planned on doing something like that already...

also you can cut down on the length of your cardio sessions and just do some real high intensity cardio for a few mins a day or a few rounds a day. this will keep your conditioning very high but save some cals for muscle building.

also id invest in a good protein supp. drink it constantly.. not at super high dosages but consistently through the day.. before bed being super important, pre workout and during workout also being very important.. it will help even at 20g for pre/during and 1st thing am. before bed id try to get at least 50+ in a shake that will last a few hours

good luck

oh i also like frontloading.. but i think that is a thing of the past nowadays.. just shows my age a bit i guess...

steve - sounds good man. Would I be hurting myself in anyway by being on hcgenerate for a few more weeks if I start it earlier?

Judo - good point sir! The last cycle I did, I followed the same diet as I will be doing now, and for what its worth, my body fat went down and weight went up. Not sure how, but according to scale, body fat caliper and tape measurements, I went from 165 at the start with about 10-12% fat and ended cycle at 178 with 7% fat. (maybe I was eating more calories than I thought, lol). My diet is pretty consistent and I don't change much. I eat about the same amount of calories a day, same amount of protein, carbs and fat.....heck my menu is the same everyday, lol. I do supplement my protein with a few shakes during the day, especially with the days that I have weight training and practice. I will take you word on going less on the cardio. I think with the amount I train and spar (spar sessions are about 1-1.5hours) I could very well do away with gym cardio.

Also, besides mutli vitamins, joint supplements and omegas, anything else I should add to the cycle? I have whey protein and cassein protein. Thanks in advance!

definitely add whey during the day and whey/cassein at night.

if you gained.. you can either stick w/ what worked.. but i would increase cals by about 15% because you did put on a lot more muscle...

you could also try taking in 300+g of protein and seeing how your body deals w/ it.. id start slow at the beginning of the cycle and increase slowly

just be ready to be smart and make good decisions and adjustments if necessary.

steve is a pct wizard.. listen to him.. especially being a very active athlete you can not afford to be run down for a few weeks after a cycle..

also a good 'pct' starts long before you end the cycle..
