GETTING READY FOR first cycle, need some help!

Hello, I just fninshed oral only cycle about a month ago and now planning on injectables.
After few days of searching, I'm starting to plan things out.

week 1-12 test e 500mg ew
1-10 deca 300mg ew
1-5dbol 30mg ed

Now I'm not sure if 30mg dbol is enough, I did 40mg for 5wks or so didn't see much of result with oral only cycle. Any suggestions?

Now for the pct, I read in sticky pct starts 7-10day after the last injection,
thinking 1000-1500iu 3x/week along with 20mg nolva ed
then 20mg nolva ed after hcg.

From other posts, some people use hcg during cycle like 250iu every 4th day or so.
What's the best? Can someone gimme a sample plan of pct?

Lastly, when inject, let's say I inject test e mon and friday on glutes.
Where when should I inject deca? same on mon and friday? on glutes again?

Any input will be appreciated, thanks.
Oh, I'm 25, 6ft 220lbs about 12% bf.

I'm not sure if 30mg dbol is enough dosage to get a good kick start. When I did oral only, I did
week 1-25mg dbol ed
2-30mg
3-35mg
4-40mg
then wk 4-8 var 40mg ed
followed by nolva and clomid pct.
 
for one, start your pct 2 weeks after. hcg is better used throughout you cycle; not for your pct. you should leave deca out of your cycle if its your first injectable cycle. you read the pct sticky and you still came out using nolvadex? and finally man if you didn't see results while you were already on oral steroids then what makes you think you're even ready for steroids? you should be able to make gains without them, and if you can't your work out routine and diet is not right.

and finally man if you didn't see results while you were already on oral steroids then what makes you think you're even ready for steroids? you should be able to make gains without them, and if you can't your work out routine and diet is not right.

Here's another pct I found, nolva/clomid was just an idea and what I did in my last cycle.
1-12 hcg 500ius twice a week
12-16 hcggenerate 3 caps am 2 caps pm
12-16 forma-stanzol 5 pumps am and pm
12-16 (optional) clomid 25mg ed

I'm not sure why I didn't see much of result with oral only cycle. I did prohormone cycle once before jumping on to aas
and had good results. I was thinking maybe 24-40mg of dbol is just too low dosage.
I will double check my diet and training before I start anything. Thanks for the input.
 
If I were you, I would make sure to include a pharmaceutical compound with plenty of medical studies supporting this particular desired result (an increase of endogenous testosterone production). A reasonably low dose SERM like clomid (25mg) should be the foundation of your PCT.

As far as my diet goes, I'm not sure how much of calories I'm eating,
I try to get as much protein as possible with whole food, 1-1.5g of protein per body weight.
So 220-330g or protein ed.
 
For the good of your own health you need to start doing some research on this.

You are looking to jump on a cycle without any basic knowledge of hcg and PCT protocols .

Hold off on using anything until you have done alot of reading.

I think you're missing what we're saying bossman, you need to have your diet (and training) in check before a cycle......it was probably the diet NOT being in check that caused the disappointment with the d-bol....

PCT two weeks after therefore 14-18. And about ur diet i can also get 200-300g protein using protein shakes but its not a diet. And ur carbs? You need to traack it atleast for a whiile and when you know how much to eat you can just go by guessing once you get the hang of it. Post ur diet ur gonna get more help and more constructive answers. You seem to be avoiding it and it will probably yield a million times better results.

Now as for the diet you can't be so vague. It needs to be a lot more detailed. Like what each of your meals look like in the day.
