my workouts are intense, in the way that I push my self hard etc, but I never seem to get that psyched up, even before heavy deads I just stay quiet and get it done, I want to get psyched up, but I just dont anymore lol, like before my heart would start racing and I would just do it automatically before deads.
What do people do here to get psyched up?
Dont say get a sick training partner because at my gym, Im one of the biggest DL'ers. 220 is god like strength benchpress at my gym, 132 is the norm for most guys and younger guys/teenagers its usually 60-110lbs. So no decent people to train with really...
