I am curious what you all think is the best way to optimize the effects of my big carb-up meal. I am taking some glucose-disposal agents currently but I have heard that digestive enzymes and a few other things could be really really beneficial. Currently I am taking ALA, Insulene, Gluco Tech, and a few others. I am taking Phosphaplex by Cytodyne.
All of these are helping but I was wondering is there anything missing? I am eating spaghetti, Gatorade, and some sugary candies. And I am also drinking 32 oz. of water immediately after this big meal. A rough estimate for this meal is 1500-1700 calories, 25-35g protein, 325-375g carbs, and 15-25g fat.


... I was also wondering is there anything else I can do to really really maximize the absorption of carbs?
