I worked out with weights intensely for over an hour and then ran 20 minutes on the treadmill. Lifted for 20 more minutes and had much energy to spare. The key has been to be as consistent on the cardio as the weights.. I've noticed a marked improvement in energy levels. Never again will I slack on cardio

Shhhhh Skinny man. It's easy to run a marathon when you only weigh a buck thirty.

14 sets of shoulders, 15 sets of biceps, ab work, neck work, forearms. I've got an injured right bicep and I've had to ice it down all morning.
