Getting Eq out of system

will a good diet get equipoise out of your system faster? or am i stuck having to wait 5 months no matter what?? i'm 22 years old. will that help at all?

I do not believe you can "flush " a steriod of your system. If it has a detection time of 5 months than thats what it is.
