rykertest said:I think diet is the main key, but I do think cardio should always be done to some extent due to it's health benefits. Being cut is great and all, but if you get winded walking up stairs, that 6 pack ain't gonna save you from looking like a tool.![]()
e6er said:1 Cycle of Tren, 1 very strict diet which probably effected my gains b/c of the lack of carbs in my diet. No cardio whatsoever. Started out 225 with a 38 inch waist, and 10 weeks later I was down to 208 with a 34 waist and what looks to be the beginning of a 6 pack.![]()
rykertest said:what was your diet like?
OMEGA said:the guy and his clients that were seriuos got shredded always when he followed his 10 week cutting diet

OMEGA said:YES I DO
he was the one who introduced me to Glutamine Peptides,
so when I add this in the diet its not a "plug"
he did his diet for 10-12 week with NO DEVIATION WHATSO EVER, I will even post his exact split if you want it. ( I dont like his traiing philisophy in regard to lifting)
Meal one
1 large COFFE his only caffeine for the day
12 Eggs White with A-1 steak sauce and 2 pices of !2 grain Bread.
Workout around 10 AM
Meal 2
POST WORKOUT
7 grams of Creatine in apple juice
Meal 3
1.5 chicken Breast, brown Rice, and variuos green carb based vegitables
Meal 4
Optimum Protein Shake in Water with a good amount of Glutamine Peptides added
Meal 5
Salmon on lean Red Meat on a bed of greens, with light oil and lemon or some nice light seasoning.
HE DID THIS BY THE BOOK and NEVER DEVIATED
he trained 5 times a week mon-fri
The Iotola said:wow...thats a dedicated diet, not only trying to muster down 12 egg whites which is a task in itself, but it seems like thats very little calories. Did he start to feel sluggish/weak towards the end? Any pre-workout stims/supps?
the way i look at it is i strenghten and build my muscles why would i skip on strenghting the one major muscle that supplies my entire body with blood. cardio is a must i always run atleast 2 times a week min on a treadmill. sidewalk or even use a stepper. nothin i have found burns fat as fast as 30 minutes of cardio at 5:30 am 5 days a week. I can lose 15 lbs of unwanted fat and water in a month with little muscle loss as long as the diet is in checkOMEGA said:excellent and diverse opinion already
this thread should be good
OMEGA said:yes he did
I remember seeing him around week six and he was starting to feel it, which is why he swore by Glutamine Peptides
when I tried it, its was got me started in the Supp Ind
(true Story)
he only had the cup of Coffee in the AM
which is placed near his workout as you can see
SO lets say I was going to copy that diet but can only work out at 4PM every day, then how would that rearrange that eating plan?

OMEGA said:swap meals 4 and 2
and possibly have another cup of coffee some type of thermo, or Amplify02 Prewokout
rykertest said:so what supps would he take and when? I assume EFA's and a multi and the peptides before working out correct? What else and when?
solidspine said:my wife is such a good cook and the temptation is always there.
it seems to me that post workout should be the biggest meal since the calories consumed would be shuttled preferentially to muscle and not fat.OMEGA said:Bro he only had creatine post workout, and glutamine peptides once per day

tonyroma said:I ran clen/t3/win 75-100mcg ed for 12 weeks and went from 14% to 9% bf. I lifted for 2 hours a day and cut carbs completely. Besides the bed, I did no cardio
tonyroma said:I honestly think its so much better to do cardio and eat clean rather than no cardio and depleting carbs. Simply because your workouts are tiring and depressing without them, you lose muscle easier, and you have no motivation or energy to do anything because you are so tired. jus my opinion.
