getting burned out in cycle,

yo bros whats up? have not posted in out a while, anyways running test eq about 11 weeks in, just my motivation for gym is going down, getting tired and not getting pumps, feeling flat alot even in the gym and out while working out too, been driking about 8 litres water everyday and getting bad cramps too everehere, feels like no vasodilation in body even though im takin arginine,

well i workout 4 days per week, 6-8 reps for fast twitch fibre muscles and 10-12 slow twitch fibres, always bench squat and dead 6-8 reps, day one chest /shoulder/tri , back trap bi, legs abs, repeat, so one majopr lift gets doen two times week, i do have trouble sleeping somtimes, i progressive overload, i eat about 400g protien everyday and i know im eating enoiugh- 6-8 meals or even more, im not getting pumps at all dont knoiw why? is my body getting used to the exercises, i drink about 2galons water everyday, sucks man maybe need new routine, maybe some volume work? last time some volume work with less restin between work for me awesome an good pumps too, i just need sever pumps when i leave gym myu mood is down not high like it should be, even im using 50mgs dbol few days pumps awesoem after no matter how much i take pumps shit, ego just loves to lift heavy , want to master the mind and msucle connection too

I agree with alcatraz... Try changing it up a bit. I just went thru the same problem not long ago and i almost think it was just boredom
 
i had this happen last year when a planned 16 week 750 sustenon/600 equipoise cycle became an 12 weeker when i was just dead on my feet for the prior 2 weeks and could not break through---my thought is at 41(at the time) my body just cannot take the increased level/intensity of training for more than 10 weeks or so
