Getting bloated

[FONT=&quot]Why does this happen? I hate it! When I get stressed, I get the worst gas and feel like my tummy is a big balloon. Even hard, vigorous exercise doesn't get rid of it completely. Does anyone have any supplement or diet suggestions to help with this kind of thing?[/FONT]
 
Yoi should take a look at your diet as it is now, especially what you are consuming when you are stressed since this is the culprit in the first place
 
stress is the #1 problem we have today. 70-80% of ER visits are stress related. we have a huge issue managing stress and we lead stressful lives

stress breeds inflammation. another thing you have to look at is diet. throwing foods at your stomach that stress you out more is going to make things worse
