Use the saline that comes with the kit and filter it with a bio filter.

email the mod's. there are a ton of bro's selling static water. they used to let you post openly for it since it's not controlled. but check with them.
i buy mine in canada. i can't find it here in the us anymore. i spent about $2.50 canandian which works out to about $1.25 US for a 30 ml bottle.
don't use the water that comes with the kit unless you are going to be running large amounts of IU's per day. the reason for using static water, as i'm sure you already know, is for self life.
