Hi.
5 months ago, i broke my right arm, so i couldn't do workouts with my right arm any more. after that i was training legs, left chest and left arm a little. maybe i shouldn't have trained my left chest and left arm, but some time later i got demotivated anyway and stopped training. now i can use my right arm again. so i just went to gym and had to find out that i can't even press half the weight i could press before i broke my arm. this is so demotivating. i think it's all because of my right triceps. when i was trying to press, i was feeling pain in the right triceps and some kind of weakness. maybe it became so extremely weak because they put a metal rod in my upper arm and for that, they had to cut my triceps. and this metal thing is still inside my arm.
my left side is a lot stronger than my right side (i tried to do dumbbell bench presses, and i could press a lot more with my left side). what am i supposed to do now? train my right side more often than my left side? train especially right triceps? i don't wanna do that because i think it will take a LOT OF time to get my right side as strong as my left side and i wanna train my WHOLE body again.
i also have creatine, aminos and l-glutamine ready. should i start to take it immediately or should i wait till i get into my workouts again (like 1-2 weeks)?
i really need some help, i actually don't even wanna go to gym no more because i'm so weak now. it's pretty frustrating to almost start ALL OVER again. i need to get where i was before i broke my arm as fast as possible.
