getting back on

Hey everybody, back on here after about 7 weeks of hell. (broke rib) anyway, have been lifting for a month now, and my size and strength is about back to where I was before the break. I am now 258lbs. I lost about 20 lbs of fat and about 10 lbs of muscle from 30 min cardio every day while off, so now I am ready to go into another cycle and this is what it consists of:

400mg test cyp every week
500mg omnadren every week
400mg deca every week
10 full weeks.
50mg every day winstrol (oral) last 5 weeks
pct = nolvadex, clomid, & hcg

btw, this is my 7th cycle

my question is this, I am wanting to still drop fat and keep the muscle mass. can I eat like I am cutting and still expect to gain lean mass even though the calories arent going to be there? Any ideas? I am at 17% bf right now. looking to lean up a little. I would have used t3 again this time, but my source doesnt have it anymore :rolleyes:

that is what I came up with since it is what I have on hand. I grow pretty good on stacks like this, but is there a better way to do this? frontloading the test, or tapering down the deca, etc??

on hand I have 40ml test cyp 200mg/ml
20ml deca 200mg/ml
shitload of british dragon 10mg tabs winny
20 omnadren jelfa 250mg/ml
and all pct materials.
 
i have heard a lot of people taper down the deca, it seems like a good idea since it's such a long ester. i usually just run my test out one week longer than the deca for the same reason. that was when i used test though. i am trying to stay away from test now though cause the sides outweigh the gains for me.
