Getting back into the sport after 14 years......

Hey everyone. Just joined this site after reading several posts. I've been away from the sport for some time and just got started good. I am amazed how prices have changed on test and winni and their availability is so rare since I trained. I have ordered a clen and cytomel from foreign suppliers but nervous now about them after reading the post here. Where did all the honest guys go????? Just kidding Traing advice always welcomed.

First thing, congrats on getting ur ass back in the gym
Secondly you'll quickly come to realize that there's a lot of helpfull people on this board and all are very eager to help. That said, any advice u need just ask but it would be easier if u gave us ur stats and goals first..

I had a 6 month lay off of juicing 15 yrs. Never again. Once I went back on, about 6 months klater not only did I tear a pec while doing moderate weight on bench, it took me almost 1.5 yrs of 400 mgs/wk to get back to where I was-and I'm still not as lean as I should be. With that being said, take it easy. Muscle may have memory, but don't forget about your joints. An injury will fuck you up more than anything while trying to make a comeback.

Thanks for the welcome Guys. For starters, i am 41 years old. 6 feet, 245 lbs steel worker . Still maintain some of my broad shoulders from the job. Just received my order of Clenbuterol and Cytomel. I am in the process of searching for an additional aid to stack with before I actually begin my cycle. As I said, it has been quite a long time. However, I was 3 months from entering my first competition when I quit. Amazing what becomming a father can do to change ones life.... It was worth it. But now I am ready to try again.

Welcome back, it has suprised me too as a 38 yr old away for years. Test used to be easy to find at any gym, no more. I quess I'm ordering from overseas and hoping for the best.
