Getpinz.com screwed me!!

So I ordered some pinz from them and not all was there... I figured maybe they didnt send everything together. So I waited one day, 2 days... then I emailed them to let them know. To make a long story short they only gave me 1/3 of my order and now they are not responding to my emails...

Here is the email communication from newest to old:

I am 100% positive that in the box i received there was only the insulin needles... it came in a small box. so unless they shipped the others separatly then they were not sent. I already threw away the box otherwise i would take a picture of it to show you how small it was. it was the smallest box i have ever received when ordering from you.

It isnt worth my time to go through this just to try and get some free pinz... if i needed more i just would have orderd them. all I want is to get what I payed for and all I have gotten so far is insulin pinz.

I know it has only been a day but the first 2 times I emailed them they got back to me within 10 minutes! This is complete bullshit! What do you guys think I should do? I know that they may still come through for me but I wonder why no response... maybe because it’s Saturday? Well anyway, the fact they screwed it up in the first place is fucking up my cycle... I hate going to the pharmacy

do you need to have cookies enabled with them? cuz my orders never go thru. but i hear mixed reviews about them.

I have never had a problem with them and have ordered many times from them, but lately they have been running their biz pretty bad over there, I know many who have been saying the same as you, that they are missing alot and never got it.
 
Getpinz will more than likely come through for you.Just be persistent at contacting them,politely.
Every business makes errors now and then,unfortunately you`re on the receiving end this time.
I got screwed on an online order for other merchandise recently.The business came through for me after politely contacting them and they even gave me a free item for the trouble.

I make sure i always have a reserve supply of pins etc. so i don`t have to worry about running out of anything.

really, well explain to me why they got back to the first 2 times within 10 minutes on friday if it was a holiday to them chief??????? lol. besides they screwed up the order to begin with... its pretty clear to me that they intend not to give me what i orderd so if that is the case i am wondering what i should do about it because even though its only like 15 bucks...(well 20 after shipping) i have to much pride to let them just take it from me!

if thats the case then you are more than welcome to say they screwed you. But just becuase they messed up your order and responded quickly once and not yet when the last emails were on cinco de mayo (keeping mind the potential time difference between your locale and thiers- beleive they are in FL which is EST) followed by the weekend, perhaps you might want to give them to monday to respond, at the very least.
 
btw- one of your emails (it appears to be the last responded to) was at Date: Fri, 5 May 2006 13:17:24 -0700 (PDT) which would be 4:15pm on friday, if they responded in 10 minutes.. thats getting pretty late in the day on (as was mentioned) a pretty big holiday in some areas, and a friday.

but you are right they need to fix your order.
 
IMO give it till Tue of next week. If they won't reply or take care of it contact the CC you paid with and open a chargeback case. That usually takes care of everything.

I hate doing chargebacks but I have twice in the past, both times when a company refused to make good on their error. It's pretty much a last resort option.
 
only good experiences with them but take a minute and check the bag they do mix lots of stuff together

i remember i ordered pins and bac water i was sure i didnt get the bac water meanwhile it was in the bag with the pinz
 
I have never had a problem and been using them for years. Lightening fast deliver and always top notch service. Check you billing statement. Were you charged for what you think you ordered?

They haven't been the same since they were hacked. I've been trying to order from them for the past week. No response to my email.... I'll just have to go else where.

It probably is also taking longer because they are looking further into the problem. I wouldnt worry unless you dont hear from them by Tuesday. One day turn around cant be expected, at least in my opinion.

actually it happens with most providers, though some more than others. pretty sure they come in 1000 size packs, they probably get bent either in transfer, shipping to the distributor or shipping to you.
 
I have ordered from them at least a dozen times - always fast, always accurate, and always great products. I will continue to use them..
 
never a problem here when ordering from getpinz. I think you are demanding a little much out of a company who does high volume marketing. If you placed it late in the day on Friday, expect monday or no later than tuesday for an answer. If you use a freak chance of luck getting ahold of these guys 1 time in the past, 10 minutes after you msgd them, then you're waiting to be dissappointed all the time. I'm guessing then, they weren't as busy ..now they are.. but they have always come through for everyone else, so I'm betting that they'll hook ya up right bro. I don't think they're in the biz to scam a guy out of a measly 20-30$ worth of pinz..

I've used Getpinz quite a few times in the past and once after the hack,always top notch service for me,try giving them until tuesday,try to remember one day service is something no company can provide every time.
 
I had an issue with an order from them last week, they also left out part of my order. I emailed them about it, they responded the next day, and 2 days later the rest of my order was here. No problems. I will most definately continue to use them in the future.

Is that right? haha ok radar you are all knowing... then explain to me the other people that have also had bad experiences... plus you guys are not seeing my first e- mail which was placed through their website. They responded to my email and the conversation continued from there. I emailed them TWICE on Friday and BOTH times, they got back to me within 10 minutes. Then they tell me they feel all was included and when I say I’m 100% sure they didn’t they don’t get back to me. I want to laugh because they tell me to recheck my pack for the missing order as if I'm going to miss 25 syringes and 50 needles or some shit lol!

Oh and radar I would think being an "elite mentor" and all you wouldn’t make such assumptions that it was bad planning on my part. I actually helped a buddy out who needed some pinz and then just ordered some more. I won’t need to get more until Tuesday and I will just go to the pharmacy. So if I go the pharmacy it Won’t effect my cycle… sorry I didn’t clarify that for you. The problem is I don’t know if I will get what I ordered or not so, I will just have to buy more. Understand? I've used Androusa. com and although good service, the quality of the pins sucked. I'll try Needlebeast next.

ive used them before....alot......i have had probs w/ 2 seperate orders....where i was short..........they rectified it via email. and were prompt...ill continue to use them..

I think it was a premature move to post a thread with this title. It doesn't sound like you've been screwed yet. Screwed is when you have no further recourse to resolve your problem. You are far from that point.

I stated in the first email what hadn't been included in the box. I remember a reply saying that the problem would be taken care of. They actually sent me what i needed and a ton more honestly.

Regardless of what the outcome is, I hardly think "screwed" is the best word to describe losing $15. With any online mail order transaction there's going to be some risk involved. Orders may not get processed/filled correctly, packages get addressed wrong, or the packages simply get lost during the process of shipment. If you never spend more $$$ than you can afford to lose, you'll be better off. If $15 means enough to you to devote an entire thread to it before the company can respond you've got problems. For all you know their customer svc staff went on vacation and they're not checking emails as often. You're just one of thousands-and they already have your $$$, so be glad they even took the time to email you back when they did. If they truly intended to scam you I doubt they'd even bother replying at all. Also don't forget the number of cheap asses out there that may try to scam the biz into refilling their order that they say they never received , but actually did. You'd be surprised how many opportunists out there that will always try to get the free lunch. So take a pill, and relax. If they choose to make it right, great. If they don't, fuck em and use Androusa next time.

I will add this though. If a biz takes good care of a client, that person will tell 1-2 avg. about their positive experience. If a biz treats a client poorly, that person will tell 10 + people about their shitty experience(hence this thread).

gpz is old news brothers. there are cheaper, much cheaper people out there. takes maybe an extra day or 2 but who cares the same stuff is coming. gpz is too well known so there prices are jacked just like AG guys

no doubt though gpz is awsome service as far as i know. i thiink this incident is just simple misake now one should judge the on this. think about how many orders those guys get ED. 1 out of 1000 is not a bad mistake ratio

Unfortunately, bro, we don't live in a perfect world and mistakes are sometimes made.

This issue has been addressed and rectified, there is no reason to beat a dead horse, unless you just really feel like doing so.
