Hey Mr. X when running a CKD diet su-f with friday night and saturday being your carb up, it usually takes me till tuesday night to fall back into ketosis now is 3 days of ketosis really worth all that or should I run CKD for 2 weeks which will keep me in Ketosis 9.5 days instead?
I usually bump up my cardio and up my fat atthe beginning of the week to help get back into ketosis. But it still seems to take like 2-2.5 days. Any suggestions on how to get back into keto faster after a refeed?
