Cycle Review

hey guys been lifting for quite a while, 25 yrs old/5'8/160 under 10% body fat. my legs are slacking compared to my upper body but overall ive been natural and have established a solid base over the past 7 years of training.

decided to bump my cycle an extra 2 weeks. so i modified it a bit and would like to see what everyone thinks.

1-14 TestE (500mg)
1-14 Primo (600mg)
6-14 HcGenerate (5 caps a day)
14-16 HCG (5 shots at 1000mcg every third day)
6-16 aromasin/liquid stane (12.5mg EOD)

PCT
16-19 clomid (25/25/25/25)
16-19 post cycle/ unleashed (3 caps in the morning and 3 at night of each)
16-21 forma stanzol (10 pumps a day tapered down to 6)
16-19 vitamin C (1000mg a day for cotisol levels)

i will also be taking Vitamin D (2000iu a day) throughout the whole cyele and fish oil

Feed back/ thoughts are welcomed....

hopefully this will be enough to get my body to return to homeostasis and keep it that way. really dont want to be crashing months after im done with pct. my natty test levels are a 675 right now and im hoping that i will get it back to that number when im off cycle

This is my first cycle. I already have received a lot of help from other forum member I just tweaked it a bit bc I'm running it 14 weeks instead of 12. I want to get the most out of my primobolan.

Using the HCG is really my only concern. Everything else I pretty much have covered hopefully

Usually only want one compound for 1st cycle, but this looks very nice! Fuck it...have fun and good luck! Warning though...Primo injections can be pretty uncomfortable, and this being the first time ever pinning...enjoy :D!

More importantly before you start this get big program have you really thought about your diet!!!!!!!

Can you give us an example of your diet so that maybe we can tweak that because we all know gains are made in the kitchen
 
7:am protein shakes 850 calories plus/ deli sandwhich (bacon/eggs/cheese on a roll)

10am- prtoein bar 240 calories

230pm- lunch 3 slices of chicken pizza with a greek yogurt

4-pre worout drink than gym

6pm- protein shake 850 calories

630-dinner maybe 10 oz of steak, 2 hot dogs, chicken burger, some greeens

8-i go get fast food in between- like a checen sandwhich at wendies with fries

11- snack before bed like a cereal /oatmeal

obv diet is not the exact same every day but for the most days its very similiar not sure how many calories that is...
 
Diet is insufficient bro. Drop all fast food, replace it with quality protein and slow burning carbs. Gonna have to learn to cook for yourself, make a shit ton of meals in advance to grab and go if ya have to, thats what i do. Good luck man, hope for all the best in this cycle. Drop the fast food tho, crappy carbs and tons of sodium.

Diet (Bulk)
Meal 1
2.5 cups egg whites. 1 whole egg
1 cup oats 1 tbsp peanutt butter
1 cup pineapple

Hit the Weights

Post workout
4 scoops Carnivore Mass 1 scoop Whey
1 Banana
10 g Creatine
5 g Glutamine
Bcaas

Meal 3
2 cups brown rice
10 oz steak

Meal 4
10 oz sweet potato
10 oz chicken

Meal 5
1 cup brown rice
10 oz whit fish
2 cups brocolli

Meal 6
2 cups greek yogurt (plain nonfat)
1 cup whey protein
1/8 cup almonds or almond butter

Meal 7
2 scoops anabolic whey
1 scoop Casein
2 cups skim Milk

I know it's a lot of dirty calories- thanks for the advice Guys.

Going to correct my diet as much as possible before I start running thIs cycle.

I'm assuming my pct and ancillaries for this cycle are fine since the only critique I'm Getting is my diet?
 
Looking at ur stats. I would think that u could afford to have two cheat meals a week after ur hardest workouts. But I would def clean up ur diet the rest of the week. Focus on getting the right amount of macros each meal. I usually start around 45g protein/ 30g of carbs/ 10g fat per meal then I adjust from there based on my goals and how my body I responding.

that's a lot of carbs...do you have the macros for the above? P/C/F %??

my macros similar to yours except my carbs not that high......yet..

Carbs are tricky. Got to go with the amount that works best for you. I have seen guys not gain an ounce of fat running 650g of carbs, but me personally I am a little bit more carb sensitive and try to stay near 500.

Also On the weekends I back down carbs to around 250-300 and let my insulin resistance go back down and prime for another week of blasting. It also gives My body to play catch up on processing and ready for more on monday.
 
carbs are something you kind of have to do a trial and error with because they effect everyone differently... for some that would be way too high but others it would be fine...

yes, that i agreed.
i'm a bit carbs sensitive as well....when i hit 300, i will gain weight and half of it is fats.
however, currently i'm on more than 350 but i have yet gain much weight as compare to before...kinda interesting....:D

That just means you are using your carbs.....probably from increasing your workout intensity.

err...i am increasing my workout intensity but i'm also on my first cycle.....just interesting how the huge increase in carbs is responsing differently compared to before... :D
