First off, what has your training been like over the last 2 months?

Are you using any gear? (hopefully not yet)

What has your diet been like?

What stims work for you? (are you intolerant to clen or ephe)

Where are your trouble spots for fat deposition ( Im looking for ideas on insulin sensitivity)

these things are the most important. I think we should aproach this rationally. My idea is you start off at maintenece kcal, and work on your endurance; you need to be in pretty good cardio shape to do all the work necessary. You need to develop the habits first. Then once we determine maintenence kcal and get you in reasonable cardio shape, you start a 2 month cycle. Cut back your caloric intake. Begin sprinting. etc...

You just have to commit to it. Commit to a clean diet. Commit to really pushing yourself every time you exercise. You'll get what your after.

It may take take a long time, but just be patient.

I look forward to seeing your picks in 3 months.

We can take this back to PM or email if this place gets out of control.

I was thinking about a 15 week program, but if your already on, a 9 weeker will be better for your health.

Heres what I propose. Do 3 week stages. Weeks 1-3 build your endurance, weeks 4-6 start cutting calories and sprinting, and weeks 7-9 training with super intensity and really cutting calories. Once your done with that, come off for a while and maintain your new BF%, get recovered and re-valuate your goals.

Wk1:
3 day split. However your comfortable grouping. Keep your rep ranges basically the same.

Do cardio on your non-lifting days. Use the machine you plan on doing your sprints on. The goal in these first 3 weeks is to build a good endurance base. Do 3 cardio days. Day one is 30 min @ a pretty good intensity, 6-8mph. Day 3 is 35min, and day 5 is 40 min, all at the same speed as day 1. If you need some Gatorade or something before that’s fine, youll get to the starving intensity driven sprints soon enuff. Try to learn to find a rythem with your breathing.

1 day off, this shouldn’t be a problem because your using primo…it should be enuff to speed recovery.

Wk2:
Time to start to adjust your lifting. Still 3 days. Split it up (chest/Arms), (Legs/Abs), (Back/Delts). Its still 3 days a week. Start doing 2 rest pause sets for your main exercise for that body part. You should be using the same weights you were using, but the rest pause should help you get a few extra reps. Then do some supplemental lifts, taking the reps up closer to the 15 range.

Cardio is same style. Day 1 @ 35 min, day 2 @ 40 min, day 3 @ 45 min.

Wk3:
Same lifting but try to up the weights 5 lbs. same cardio, but increasing duration one last time, to 60 min each session.

Id adjust the diet closer to a 40/40/20 for these 3 weeks. You’ll need the extra carbs. The carbs should be from fruit, oatmeal, or yams, except for your post workout shake. I advise some glucorell with your carbs.

Are you using any thermo’s or EFA’s right now?

1. DNP: 200mg/day
2. Tren at 100mg ED
3. Test at 500mgs/week

Cheapest and most effective cutting cycle without major discomfort.

I think Animalbolics style diets are excellent.

Its still important to eat the right kind of foods. Good fats, etc. and seperate your carbs and fats into seperate meals.

The ratio's Animal proposed for post workout shakes are too high in carbs for me. I prefer 1 shake post workout, then 1 high carb/low fat meal.

did you check out the green tea thread. Notice what Fonz said in that thread about thermogenisis and low insulin levels. Thats very important.

Using an A'bolics styled diet + Glucorell + GT extract is the way to go.
