ok i have everything i need

my only question is -

i have a gallon of distilled water, just draw from the gallon then shoot into amp?

I did this:

Took a shot glass and washed and cleaned it with pure alcohol, let it air dry. Then put 4cc's into it and microwaved until it boiled. Wait 5 mins after it has boiled before you remove from the microwave, so the water doesn't explode. Let it cool and used this new boiled distilled water. (I then used 3cc's to make the mix)
