I emailed suport they responded but never heard back and today got charged again for monthy 11.97

can you look into my membership, I keep getting billed monthly and on 6/29 I
bought a membershp for x amounts of months since then I have gotten billed twice at 11.97, thanks for your help

You have to turn off your "monthly subscription". I believe there is a link to access your account. The only way I know how to access it is to click on the "purchase K" button in the Karma store, that takes you directly to your account page (no you won't get billed for K). On the left hand side is your Platinum membership Automatic Monthly Subscription. Hit cancel and that will stop the automatic billing.
