Ok, I have an indoor grill. I usually just spray some non stick coooking spray on the grill and cook my chicken. It comes out ok, but has no flavor. Anyone have any recipes or tips for better cooking on the grill. Oh yeah, its great for dieting since it helps remove some fat from your meats

Make a sauce:
2tbsp. tomato paste
2tbsp. whip cream (sugar free)
1tbsp. ketsup
4tbsp. skim milk
water

mix these products together in a liquid paste; put the food into the liquid paste for 1-2 hours and grill.

Tastes great.

By the way, I remember reading a report that stated that only 10% of the liquid collected was fat. The rest is just water.

if you cut all the visual fat off of it then ur "lean" meat doesnt have much fat in it. right?

Yes, if you cut the visual fat off the steak you will reduce the fat; however, some cuts are much leaner than others. Inside round is a very lean cut compared to the t-bone or top sirloin cut. Choosing a leaner cut is a good idea.

I always try to get the leanest cuts of meat available.

Damn - this thread is making me hungry. :)

try a rotisserie grill it cooks chicken better than the g.f. grill. doesn't dry it out, just does not work on steaks real good though.

Are these rotisserie things cheap or quite expensive?
