I've read some that you should wait until you hit your genetic limit before you start with gear.
What is the logic behind this? Does gear mess up your natural testosterone causing you not to be able to gain without it or something?
I've been lifting for 6 years, and just in the past 2-3 have I started making gains(~1lb per month). But now that I'm making gains, I feel like I'm getting old. By the time I look the way I want I'll be OLD.
I'm 6'1'' 180lbs ~9% bf
