General Critique...?

I used to wrestle and powerlift back in high school. I graduated about two and a half years ago and, in the time since, have done an okay job of keeping up with being active. I've gone some changes... first I gained some weight and beefy-looking muscle, then I started running and doing a lot of abs, now I mostly just run and lift lightly occasionally. In high school the least I ever weighed was 132 (I cut some for lifting) and was probably a natural 138. In college I reached about 148 at the peak of my heavy lifting and bad eating and since then have gone back to about 136.

I'm not trying to start powerlifting again or attain that body type, but I'm still not totally satisfied with my body -- probably more due to things I can't change, like being short-waisted -- and thought I might get a general critique. Here are a few I took myself. Because of that, and my only having a medicine cabinet mirror in the house, they’re not that great, but they’ll have to do for now.

I've done a lot to change my body from this to that and back and I'm kind of curious what other people see. Be as frank as you feel necessary. Thanks.
 
If you just want cut you've got it, but I would add another 20 lbs to that and then cut up again. But I've been bulking for like the last 2 years so.. JMO

Looks like a solid base to build off of. Depends on your goals really. I dont think anyone reaches true satisfaction in this. I know Ill never be truly satisfied. Personally my goals are more related to generating fear and things of that nature, not attracting the opposite sex. I feel much more confident in that environment and it brings me some stability. The smaller and weaker I feel the more violence Ill need to compensate for my lack of confidence. Its a balancing act. Everyone has thier reasons though. KEEP KILLING THAT SHIT!!
 
Well you def have a great athletic and ripped physique but as others have said, you may want to bulk up.. if you want the jacked look :) But either way.. congrats. You'll look good either way!

lol thats funny, I saw your pics and you seem to be doing that pretty well.. was that a triple earl I saw?
 
good base to work with bro. but u want a critique, and it does depend on your goals... but like everyone else says, increase cals and add some quality muscle . good luck

Well put bro...I have to ask does he workout because it looks like God given muscle on guy that parties too much and I speak from experience.

No offense bro just eat and when youre full make another plate and when you puke....FEED UP! Repeat every 2 hours. Best of luck ;)
