of course. the operating system doesn't recognize the free space because it's not NTFS available space.

Are you sure the DVD is blank??

I get the msg when I put in the movie I want to burn. So when I put the movie in the cd drive to burn, and open my SONIC RECORD NOW, it says, I cannot copy. So the blank DVD never even gets a chance.
NTFS? Geek talk is hot :-)

Ok the exact msg I get it
"there is not enough space on any of your local hard drives to make temporary files.
Free up 693 MB of space"

But I didn't this msg the last time I burned movies. And like I said, I've not downloaded any new anything since

Clear your temp files

make a K thread and you'll get all kinds of help.

I'd help if I knew what to do but I don't, sorry...

Computers are a bitch sometimes

Without looking I have no idea.

I can send you a link to a webex type meeting room where you can give me control of your computer and I can take a look, but short of that.... not really sure.

Total Space and Free Space for Drive C? For Drive D?

What file systems are being used for C & D? NTFS or FAT32?

What program are you using to burn DVDs?
