its called

multiDesk2001. I love it. It lets me have a gazillion windows open on a machine, with separate desktops to switch to, so I can have a desktop with my surfing sites, a desktop with dev tools, a desktop with database software....etc.

this one is for windows2000...they may have versions for other windows OSs, too.

I used to love that sort of thing on afterstep under linux back in... '96.

other cool things: VNC and fuck, I'm brain dead due to lack of sleep, but the thing where you can run mutiple os's on the one system as long as they are cool with that processor... VMWare... yeah, that's it.
