ok i need help. . im gna be getting the shit kicked out of me for a solid 4months long im gna be doing high endurance training well actually straight up overtraining what can i take to help recovery and increase my aerobic threshold and keep strength. i need it to be discreet as possible an untestable better if theres no big change in physical appearance cause im going to be under a microscope. i m looking to take something for about 8weeks. thanks oh and i will be getting pissed tested frequently. and even blood test if suspicion
