OK so I am about 60% done with my first run thru of the 5X% and so far I am really loving it especially those ATF squats and BOR. I am still working on correct form for deads, It never feels right until madcows help here recently. SO, after this run through I am thinking about 1 more run and then doing a run with gear (test/EQ) WHat would I change if anything or any advice or experience with this? This routine by itself is flat out awesome and really what I needed to shock my body and get some solid strength and can't wait to keep going but gear would be a good additive down the road. ANy feedback is appreciated.
