gay shoes

HappyScrappy

New member
I got new shoes, or sandals really, b/c I wanted a change.
I like Kenneth Cole and decided to get shit from there.
The problem... they scream GAY. I do too, and they've asked me not to scream it so loudly at work, so I've stopped... but my shoes still scream it.
My coworker calls these "the gayest sandals he's ever seen":

I was also considering these, but funnily enough, personally found them to be too gay:

my girlfriend suggested I get these:
rm10159.jpg

but the problem there is, they don't look gay enough. and I already have shoes like that.

I'm a model if you know what I mean.

I agree with your gf HS. The last pair are certainly the least gay. But honestly, the shoes are the least of your problems. I'm sure that people are tipped off about your homosexuality by your love of pastel lace and tutus.....

shoes are only gay if
your boyfriend licks the
bottom of them while
ramming your knees into
your chest and widening
your hershey highway...

i think anyway...

I'd stick with what your girlfriend suggested.

or these, they are pretty "Gay"

RT57363LE_DETAIL.jpg

I already have a pair like what my GF suggested.

and the ones on the right in that pic are okay. the rest are gay.

i like the sandals but in another colour.

the second pair have an ugly sole... and the third are boring for every day wear.

I made it 12 years of Marriage without wearing dress shoes with tassels.
I finally broke down last year and bought a pair of nice loafters due to the fact that I just don't care anymore what people think.

You go, HOMO Boy !

I don't need dressy shoes - I have plenty of those.
I need something that is between dressy and sneakers.
business casual and ideally also bar allowable - divy shitty ass bars or nicer places.

and not campers - I think those things are butt ugly.

i doubt you'll like these but you can get these in diff colour combos

Black - Calfskin/Leather
Medium: 7-12, 13, 14, 15
Burgundy (Marron) - Calfskin/Leather
Medium: 7-12, 13, 14, 15

Camel (Tan) - Calfskin/Leather
Medium: 7-12, 13, 14, 15
Navy - Calfskin/Leather
Medium: 7-12, 13, 14, 15

Time for you to just join the pink team dude. My wife has sandles like those. You are either gay, a potential tranny or a repressed cross dresser!

Let your Divaness out HS! Out I Say!!!

http://www.camper.es/

although that site, while radiohead-esque in its design - has the worst navigation I've seen in a bit.
just search on clothing sites for campers - like bluefly or something.
they are just ugly trendy shoes.
but not as ugly as that thing you posted there.

i didn't like them a whole ton... there's just not much online.

anyway, the first pair were steve madden... i suggest you go there.

now i gotta go see what campers are

pink is so 80's. pastel blue was 90's. if you want to be cool - it is all about paisley. the paisley team. although that collar up look of the 80's with a sweater tied around the neck... snazzy.

HS, I like these and could get away with them, these bad boys would look good with some khakis and a white shirt. peace

oh shit, just checked out steve madden... that is some ugly ass shit. although he has a pair of sandals like the gay ones I have on

I'm considering buying them.

empty the wallet to fill the void in your life. welcome to america.

Would you consider "capri pants" for men aka "boat pants" as gay.....? My coworker wears them....

I wouldn't be caught dead in capri pants.
or that shit smalls posted.

and havoc - you should check out the Prada boots - they are just strange - not sure if gay is the word, more just "paramilitary"

I must be a backwood's redneck. Because them shoes scream

"Hey look at me, I'm a flaming homosexual!"

j/k Seriously, I see guys with shoes that look like this a lot. There a bit to liberal for me, but I guess that they are pretty popular. Personally, I'll stick with Oxford's and Iverson's.:D

I have these Maddens in brown and tan. They are like Addidas, but with an extra stripe.

WEIRD.

the only sandals I can think of that aren't gay are Tevas and Birkenstocks... and those are just not gonna happen. I used to wear Berkinstock all in college, even in the snow. comfortable - but not really the look I'm going for now...

and that last statement just opens it up for all kinda jokes. bastards.

I've seen guys wearing that first pair of sandals with capri pants and it just screams homosexual....I dunno, I'm just not into that look...but the second ones aren't that bad....and I like those gray sneakers someone posted before....

a guy could wear anything at all - even baseball cleats - with capri pants, and it would scream homosexual - so that is not to say the sandals are gay...

that said, I'm feeling the sandals are gay. fine fine fine.
fuckers.

I am gay and I have no idea what capri pants are. Please educate me.

they are those pants that end somewhere between your ankles and knees.
frequently they either flare out, or they have huge cuffs if they are jeans.

clamdiggers I think they are also called - for wading out into the water I suppose

Those are NOT gay. Only a heterosexual with pretensions of style would wear that shit.

Scrap,

I think you have good taste in shoes. I like both the sandals and the flats you chose.

As for Steve Maddens, their mens' lineup is awesome. I own a pair just mentioned by another guy.

However, these shoes are borderline gay.

Men in sandals are yucky, especially fancy leather ones. Flip flops are okay if the occasian is appropriate.

Steven Maddens are cool, my boyfriend has those.

Gotta love Chucks...they look great in a shirt and tie too...

Even different colors...

When you feel patriotic...

And a pair that everyone may come to know and love....

scrappy just doesn't like anything that isn't a running shoe or a dress shoe...

that or i hang around too many people open to wearing things that are just a notch from the norm.. so we don't own the same shoes as everyone else... why be boring normal? anyway...

I still don't understand doing heavy lifts in those things. They have no heel or arch support. HOwever, I have an enormous collection of them.

You don't need a heel or arch support when doing squats or deadlifts. When you squat, you should be sitting back and trying to spread the floor. Chucks will not roll on the sides when you do this...which is a good thing.

On deadlifts...Chucks let you sit back farther...after all...a deadlift is not pulling up, it is pulling back.

Scrappy,
Be the first amerikan in your neighborhood to get some klompen. (traditional wooden dutch shoes). You can buy them online from Holland. Can get them in all sorts of interesting colours and styles.
